Personal Information collected by PK Fitness: Rewards

PK Fitness: Rewards (collectively, the “Application”) collects personal data from users that use this Application. We collect information you give us or permit us to access. Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, image, birth date, email and physical address, telephone number, gender, contact lists, social media information, profile, location (GPS) information, activity, performance and workout information including personal biometrics.

 

Non-Personal Information collected by PK Fitness: Rewards

We may automatically collect information regarding your interaction with, and use of, our products and services. Additional information we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your device identifier and hardware information, IP address, browser type and language, cookie information, system type, whether you have enabling software to access certain features, access times, referring website URLs, information about your purchases and other information about your interactions with us.

 

Use of Information

The personal information you give us will be used to register you with the Application. Your email address may be used to send you information about our products, services, and promotions. We will use best efforts to provide users with control over our communication to you including the ability to opt out of these functions if desired. If not prohibited from your communications settings, we may, from time to time, contact you to conduct market research and learn more about how we can improve our product offerings. We may combine information you give us and information about your product interest and purchases with information from third parties, including demographic information and information that is publicly available. We may also combine this information with information from our affiliates. PK Fitness: Rewards does not sell, rent or disclose identifiable personal data to any non-affiliated entity. In the event of a sale of some or all of our business, PK Fitness: Rewards will disclose your personal information to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

 

Default Sharing

When you join or use certain services, you agree to publicly share your information to the PK Fitness: Rewards community and its affiliates.

 

Sharing By Choice

You may choose to share your PK Fitness: Rewards activity on other applications, such as Facebook and Twitter. Please read the privacy policies of those applications, because your PK Fitness: Rewards activity published on those applications are not governed by this Privacy Policy.

 

Modifying or deleting information

You can modify or delete your profile within certain PK Fitness: Rewards services through your account. Your information previously posted may still be publicly viewable. PK Fitness: Rewards may keep information and content in our backup files and archives indefinitely.

PK Fitness: Rewards takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.
